What Is a Balloon Garland?
It's a long, bendable rope of balloon clusters that can follow nearly any line in a room.
Clusters of balloons are tied along a strip or line, so the finished garland flexes. That lets it run up and over a doorway, drape along a mantel, trail down a banister, hug the front of a cake table or outline a backdrop. What does organic balloon garland mean?
Organic means mixed sizes in irregular groupings: small 5-inch fillers, standard 11-inch balloons and big 16- to 24-inch accents, arranged so the garland looks natural and full rather than patterned. You get depth and movement, and in pictures it looks like a designed piece instead of something from the party aisle.
What is the difference between an organic and a regular balloon garland?
A regular or classic garland repeats one cluster of same-size balloons over and over, so it looks like a neat rope or a twisting spiral. It's symmetrical, tidy and lighter on balloons. Organic garlands are looser, puffier and use more balloons per foot. Pick classic for team spirit, school colors and buttoned-up office events; pick organic for showers, weddings, birthdays and anything built for the camera.

What is a grab-and-go balloon garland? It's a garland we build ahead of time, usually 5 to 8 feet long, that you pick up and hang on your own. It's the wallet-friendly route for small spaces. Anything much past 8 feet won't ride well in the back seat, especially in a hot Dallas parking lot, so longer garlands are installed.

How long do balloon garlands last? In an air-conditioned room, an air-filled organic garland keeps its shape for several days and often more than a week. In outdoor shade in Dallas, plan on about a day. In full summer sun, give it a few hours before the latex clouds over, fades and starts popping.
How early can a balloon garland be made? For an indoor party, we can build it a day or two in advance and you won't see a difference. Most hosts schedule the install the night before or the morning of. For an outdoor summer party, it should go up on the day, as close to start time as we can manage.
